HOW TO USE ROLLER BABE  ROLL ON WAX

Just as you would do before any waxing service, start your roll-on waxing process off by prepping the skin with the correct pre and post-wax products to cleanse, exfoliate, and disinfect the application area. 

The best way to prepare the skin for waxing is by using The Secret Brow Club Ocean Drive Pre-Wax Gel to remove excess oil and debris from the surface. This not only cleanses skin, but creates a blank canvas for wax to adhere to.

This should be your routine before any waxing service - not just when using a roll-on!

When warming your cartridge in any roller wax warmer heater, you can rest assured that your roll-on warmer will heat your cartridges evenly and quickly as it was designed to do so. 

After around 20-30 minutes, try a test strip and make sure your wax is good to go!

Before your service, always make sure that you have your removal strips pre-cut and ready to roll for the service you are performing.

HOW TO APPLY ROLL ON WAX

To apply your roll-on wax, hold the system at a 45° angle, and gently press on a thin layer of wax in a foot-long single-swipe strip on larger areas. 

Do your strip in one cohesive movement for an even application. 

You can apply approximately three strips at a time. 

Press and gently rub on your removal strip on top of your wax in the direction of hair growth, hold the skin taut, and remove the strip in a quick motion in the opposite direction of hair growth. 

Using flat palms, apply firm pressure against the freshly removed strip to ease nerve endings and alleviate potential pain. 

Avoid re-applying wax over the same areas, and use tweezers to remove any missed hairs.

Order must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment prior to shipping.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, we will be happy to accommodate only if the order has not been shipped.

If payment has already been made, we will gladly refund the amount charged by the method in which it was originally paid.

THE SECRET BROW CLUB reserves the right to refuse order cancellation, or a cancellation fee will be charged equal to the actual cost of shipping to and from the original order destination, in the event that the order has already been dispatched, and only if we are able to request the return of the package from the courier company.

 

Payment

Payment can be made by Credit/Debit Card.

All Credit/Debit CardPayments will state The Secret Brow Club as the receiver of monies taken from this site on your Bank Statement.

Credit Card options include Visa and MasterCard. All payments made by Credit Card will have a pre-authorisation check to ensure sufficient funds are accessible and to confirm legitimacy of payment method.

These funds will be frozen and the full amount charged will be taken out once the order has been despatched.

 

Express Delivery

Once the order has been released, you are responsible to check the order and inform THE SECRET BROW CLUB of any damages or faults within 2 working days.

Orders will be delivered to the Shipping Address that is stated in the Order Process. Please check this information is correct, as THE SECRET BROW CLUBwill take no responsibility for delivery to an incorrect address and/or any losses that may occur as a result.

Please retain your original receipt as proof of purchase.

Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. You can choose between a refund or exchange where goods are faulty and cannot be repaired, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you or don’t do what they are supposed to do.

Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery, except when an item is faulty and covered by a warranty period.

All returns must be in original condition, unopened and unused (unless faulty).

THE SECRET BROW CLUB Gift cards and promotional codes cannot be returned or exchanged and cannot be applied to exchanges.

It is the customer’s responsibility to retrieve any items that THE SECRET BROW CLUB deem to be in unacceptable condition (unless faulty) or outside of the mentioned timeframe.

THE SECRET BROW CLUB will not pay to return items in unacceptable condition.

Once THE SECRET BROW CLUB receives your returned item and deem it to be in an acceptable condition (unless faulty), we will happily refund or exchange it.

International Shipping:

When placing an order on THE SECRET BROW CLUB Website, you accept all freight charges and associated return costs if your parcel is returned to our UK Business Address.

This includes if delivery is denied due to any local customs charges or are unable to receive the delivery.
