Refund policy
At The Secret Brow Club, we want you to love your products as much as we do. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.
1. Returns And Exchanges (Products)
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in their original packaging.
To request a return, please contact 📧 hello@thesecretbrowclub.com with your order number.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending the item back.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to health, hygiene, and professional safety regulations, the following cannot be returned or refunded once opened/used:
Brow & lash products (tints, henna, lamination, lash lift, wax).
Cosmetic tools, kits, or accessories.
Training courses (online or in-person) once access or attendance has started.
3. Refunds
Refunds are processed once returned items have been received and inspected.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 working days.
Please note that shipping costs are non refundable.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Please include clear photographs and email us at 📧 hello@thesecretbrowclub.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
In these cases, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
5. Online Training Courses
All online training courses are delivered via instant digital access.
Due to the nature of digital content, all online training course purchases are non refundable once purchased.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that access to digital course materials is granted immediately and waive your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 7 working days:
Check with your bank or payment provider (Klarna, Clearpay, etc.).
Contact your card provider, as processing times can vary.
