At The Secret Brow Club, we're always on the lookout for fresh talent to join our passionate team, and we couldn’t be more thrilled to announce the launch of our brand-new Traineeship Programme for 16-17 year-old school leavers! This program is designed to nurture the next generation of brow experts and social media stars, giving young talent the opportunity to dive straight into the world of beauty and become part of our growing family.

Why We Started This Programme

We’ve designed this programme to give enthusiastic, driven school leavers a head start in their careers, We understand that the path to a specialised beauty career, like brows, isn’t always straightforward for school leavers. Traditionally,they  must undertake a lengthy apprenticeship that covers all areas of beauty, even if their passion lies in a specific treatment. That’s where The Secret Brow Club comes in.This program is designed to give passionate and driven school leavers a direct route into their chosen career, offering focused professional training combined with invaluable hands-on experience.

After an extensive selection process, we are so excited to soon introduce you to our brand-new trainees! These exceptional individuals were chosen for their passion for beauty, their eagerness to learn, and their vibrant personalities that perfectly align with the ethos of The Secret Brow Club. Our trainees are set to become the new faces of our social media platforms, bringing fresh energy and innovative ideas to our online community. What They’ll Be Learning

Throughout their time with us, our trainees will undergo intensive training in all things brows—from henna brows and hybrid tint brows to brow lamination and lash lifts. Under the guidance of our experienced in-house team, they'll master the art of creating the perfect brow for every face shape, learning the latest techniques and trends in the industry. But it doesn’t stop there! Our trainees will also receive specialised training in social media, where they’ll learn how to engage with our community, create compelling content, and represent The Secret Brow Club to the world.
