Each individual henna shade contains enough product for between 40-45 treatments.
Therefore the full henna kit enables you to carry out between 240 - 270 treatments.

Directions of Henna Use:

Step 1: Add 1 spoon of Henna powder into mixing dish and mix with 6-8 drops of warm tap water, ensure your mixture is not too runny and not too thick, a nice workable paste is your aim. If required add more water/powder to gain the perfect consistency. - Ideally leave your mixture a further 3-5 mins to oxidise before use.

STEP 2: Allow your tint time to develop between 5-12 Minutes.
(We recommend mixing once your client arrives, prior to your skin prep).

STEP 3. Once your henna is ready, your skin will have already been prepped making sure all makeup, grease and oils are removed. We recommend using our Purify Me Lash & Brow Cleanser, Followed by Undress Me Pre Treatment Solution in order to achieve optimum results.

Step 4: Apply your henna product to the brow area, ensuring full coverage and making sure no skin can be seen underneath. If required, repeat layer your product. Your results will depend on your application technique.

Henna Timings:
10-15 Minutes for a super soft stain
20-25 Minutes for full -normal stain
30 Minutes for super strong skin stain

Step 5 : Remove with warm water on cotton pad, do not rub, allow the cotton pad with warm water to sit on the surface of the brow for a few seconds first to break down the henna, then slowly remove in a soft sweeping motion.

Remove excess hair as required.

Aftercare:

Aftercare is vital to the longevity of the results and how long the henna lasts on the clients skin surface will be down to many factors including, aftercare, skin type and lifestyle.

- Keep brows dry for 48 hours
- Avoid Steam/Saunas/Sunbeds for 48 hours
- Avoid any heavy oil based makeup removers or makeup remover on the brow area for the duration, remove brow makeup with warm water instead
- Avoid excess wiping or scrubbing of the brow area

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, we will be happy to accommodate only if the order has not been shipped.

If payment has already been made, we will gladly refund the amount charged by the method in which it was originally paid.

THE SECRET BROW CLUB reserves the right to refuse order cancellation, or a cancellation fee will be charged equal to the actual cost of shipping to and from the original order destination, in the event that the order has already been dispatched, and only if we are able to request the return of the package from the courier company.

All Credit/Debit CardPayments will state The Secret Brow Club as the receiver of monies taken from this site on your Bank Statement.

Credit Card options include Visa and MasterCard. All payments made by Credit Card will have a pre-authorisation check to ensure sufficient funds are accessible and to confirm legitimacy of payment method.

These funds will be frozen and the full amount charged will be taken out once the order has been despatched.

 

Express Delivery

Once the order has been released, you are responsible to check the order and inform THE SECRET BROW CLUB of any damages or faults within 2 working days.

Orders will be delivered to the Shipping Address that is stated in the Order Process. Please check this information is correct, as THE SECRET BROW CLUBwill take no responsibility for delivery to an incorrect address and/or any losses that may occur as a result.

Please retain your original receipt as proof of purchase.

Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. You can choose between a refund or exchange where goods are faulty and cannot be repaired, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you or don’t do what they are supposed to do.

Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery, except when an item is faulty and covered by a warranty period.

All returns must be in original condition, unopened and unused (unless faulty).

THE SECRET BROW CLUB Gift cards and promotional codes cannot be returned or exchanged and cannot be applied to exchanges.

It is the customer’s responsibility to retrieve any items that THE SECRET BROW CLUB deem to be in unacceptable condition (unless faulty) or outside of the mentioned timeframe.

THE SECRET BROW CLUB will not pay to return items in unacceptable condition.

Once THE SECRET BROW CLUB receives your returned item and deem it to be in an acceptable condition (unless faulty), we will happily refund or exchange it.

International Shipping:

When placing an order on THE SECRET BROW CLUB Website, you accept all freight charges and associated return costs if your parcel is returned to our UK Business Address.

This includes if delivery is denied due to any local customs charges or are unable to receive the delivery.
