Step 2 Hold Level is the essential second stage in the brow lamination and lash lifting process. It works to neutralise Step 1 Elevate and secure the newly lifted brow hairs and lashes into their final shape, ensuring long lasting, controlled results.

This professional grade formula locks structure in place while maintaining flexibility, helping brows and lashes hold their lifted position with a smooth, polished finish.

Directions for Use

Brows

Apply a small amount of Step 2 Hold Level using a micro applicator, brushing the brow hairs into their new swept direction.

Step 2 must be applied immediately after removing Step 1.
Removing Step 1 alone does not stop the processing. Applying Step 2 immediately is essential to neutralise the action of Step 1 and prevent over processing.

Processing Times: Brows

• Very fine brows: 3–4 minutes

• Fine or tinted brows: 4–5 minutes

• Natural, healthy brows: 5–6 minutes

• Coarse, healthy brows: 6–7 minutes

Lashes

Using a micro applicator, apply Step 2 Hold Level to the same area where Step 1 Elevate was applied.

Processing Times: Lashes

• Very fine lashes: 4–5 minutes

• Tinted or naturally healthy lashes: 5–6 minutes

Important Timing Guidance

• The processing time selected for Step 1 must be repeated for Step 2

• If tinting, apply for half the processing time used for Steps 1 and 2
